Bonhomme, a Paris-based agency, designs e-commerce websites for fashion, beauty and luxury brands, combining brand image, premium UX/UI and commercial performance.
Since 2013, Bonhomme has redesigned the e-commerce websites of houses such as TAG Heuer, Montagut, Biver and Clinique La Prairie. The studio designs online stores that sell without looking like a catalogue, with measured results: a 400% increase in conversion rate for TAGHeuer.com and +24% for Le Cèdre Rouge.

1. Brand image at the heart of the journey
On a high-end fashion website, customers step into a house's world before buying a product. Bonhomme puts campaigns and photography at the centre of the interface, and designs editorial product pages that tell the story of each piece: its material, its craftsmanship, its history. The experience extends the emotion of the collections, as for Maison Montagut, where campaigns become the thread of the navigation.
2. Conversion designed for luxury
The studio shortens the path between falling for a product and paying for it, starting with mobile, without sacrificing the elegance expected in luxury. Journeys are tested and optimised using real data. This approach helped TAGHeuer.com increase its conversion rate by 400% from launch, and Le Cèdre Rouge gain 24% in conversion and 5% in average order value.
3. An international and sustainable platform
Languages, currencies, sizes and delivery options are designed for each market from the start: the TAG Heuer platform launched simultaneously in 17 countries and 26 languages. Every website relies on a design system that keeps the brand's teams autonomous, and meets WCAG AA accessibility and eco-design requirements.
