The Bonhomme studio bases its design phase on the principles of the Design Sprint (Google Ventures) to quickly establish a clear, shared vision of the project. Through collaborative workshops bringing together stakeholders, as well as quantitative and qualitative interviews, the studio defines objectives, use cases, and priorities, then formalizes user journeys using empathy maps and interaction scenarios. At the end of this initial phase, teams are aligned and equipped with tangible elements to begin the design process.
2. UX and design system
Following the framing phase, the teams have a set of key features to deploy across templates built from structured components. The UX phase aims to organize these elements into a coherent overall experience. The studio designs a modular design system in Figma, serving as a foundation for both visual and functional consistency while facilitating collaboration and team autonomy. User journeys are prototyped to test key interactions and anticipate real usage. When relevant, Bonhomme conducts user testing and A/B testing, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative insights to refine the usability, clarity, and effectiveness of web and mobile interfaces.
3. UI and integration
The UI phase translates the UX strategy into precise, elegant, and expressive interfaces, fully aligned with the brand’s identity. The studio produces all mockups and defines interactive behaviors through a user journey video illustrating animations, rollovers, transitions, menus, and state changes between pages or screens. Leveraging its development expertise, Bonhomme supports technical teams in deploying the design system, validating projects, and integrating interfaces to ensure a faithful, high-performing, and sustainable implementation.
